Vitamin C is extremely important. You need vitamin C in adequate quantities to stay fit. Why? To ensure health, to ensure glowing skin, and to ensure that you stay away from scurvy.
There are many foods loaded with vitamin C and that is why you don’t need to choose supplements. If you are unaware of the food choices to make, here you go:
- Chili peppers: Red chilies as well as green chilies have lots of vitamin C. So if you love spice, you should include these in your diet!
- Strawberries: Yummy, juicy, and sweet – these berries have vitamin C and antioxidants, cleansing your body, and flushing out toxins with ease.
- Broccoli: You may not like it but you should include in your diet because it is excellent for overall health and scientists say that it has cancer fighting properties as well.
- Kiwi: Kiwis have more vitamin C than oranges! Surprise, surprise! So, drink your kiwi smoothies and eat them as well. Enjoy it to the fullest!
