A Simple Diet Chart For Pregnant Women

The biggest question for all pregnant ladies is what they must eat and what they must avoid. We have created a diet chart that you may follow daily along with your prenatal supplements so that you eat well through your pregnancy:

  1. 9 servings of cereal rice, bread, and pasta (whole grains).
  2. 3 servings of fruits.
  3. 4 servings of vegetables.
  4. 2-3 servings of protein (nuts, beans, eggs, fish, poultry, meat.)
  5. 3 servings of cheese, yogurt, and milk.

Following this simple chart each day and taking all your prenatal supplements as advised by your doctor will definitely help you stay healthy without issues.
